Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for the qrop.co.za Service operated by ShellRick Tech (Pty) Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

1. General

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by South African consumer law.

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your plan at any time in your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds for unused periods, downgrades, or partial months.
  • After cancellation, access to paid features ends automatically.

3. Failed Payments

  • We will retry failed payments automatically.
  • Unpaid accounts may be suspended until payment is received.
  • Data may be deleted after 30 days of non-payment.

4. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)

  • Duplicate charge caused by our billing error.
  • Service unavailable for an extended continuous period (7+ days) due to our fault.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to billing@shellrick.techwith your account email, invoice number, and a short description.

5. Currency & Taxes

All charges are in ZAR (South African Rand). International users may see converted amounts in USD. You are responsible for applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges.

6. Changes to Plans or Pricing

We may update plan features or pricing with reasonable notice. Continued subscription constitutes acceptance of those changes.
